Springwest Blooms Garden

The Springwest Blooms garden has produced some fantastic produce over the last few months. We've picked vegetables in the morning for Year 7s to cook with in their cookery club and we've Korean style lettuce wraps, spinach and feta parcels, mangetout stir fry and have cooked with lots of potatoes, onions and carrots well into the Autumn. We're now closing parts of the garden for Winter, but have collected the squashes and pumpkins to make an seasonal display for our school reception.
