Autumn Institute - Teach First

On Monday 23rd September, Springwest welcomed 55 trainee teachers from Teach First, for a week's training whilst taking the first steps of their teaching careers. During this week trainees were able to observe great lessons and teach in a range of departments as they experienced our culture of kindness with Fika, free breakfast and gratitude cards and benefited from specific CPD to improve their teaching practice.
