Our ‘Culture of Kindness’ has been recognised by Schools Week and is one of the reasons that a third of our staff have been with us for more than a decade. At Springwest we have servant leaders who do everything they can to allow you to flourish.

At Springwest we place huge emphasis on character for our staff and students. In addition to kindness, we prioritise collaboration amongst staff so that we can work together to provide a great education All staff have a designated SLT Line Manager, as well as Head of Department. Staff are also able to ask for support from our in house HR department We offer bespoke guidance to our staff at all stages of their careers. All teaching staff are involved in a weekly coaching programme. All leaders are also supported to develop leadership skills through the ‘Leadership Development Programme’ |
