“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellect” - John F. Kennedy
Physical Education IS...
Physical Education is a platform which equips students to become lifelong participants in physical activity whether that is personal fitness or team sports in order to promote positive physical and mental health and wellbeing. Students develop their knowledge and skills across a broad range of physical activities. They will acquire the powerful knowledge of how to lead a healthy and active lifestyle whilst also advancing techniques and expertise in coaching, leadership and teamwork through participating in physical activities, both within school and through local competitions.
