Royal Holloway University trip

The Year 11s had a wonderful time at Royal Holloway University last week. They took part in lots of activities that really inspired the students to think about taking languages further to A-Level and beyond. Students were given a campus tour and participated in a university German seminar taster class. We were very impressed with how quickly they were able to speak some German! They also watched a talk on the importance of learning languages and took part in a careers networking session. Students were resilient, engaged, respectful and polite and we are so proud of how they represented Springwest Academy at such a prestigious university.
